-Corrugated Signs-
Two Sided Signs:
When uploading artwork for the front and back of a sign, please upload each side individually. What we mean by this is, for example, if artwork is a PDF specifically having one PDF with only ONE SIDE of the sign for the front, and a separate PDF with the Side for the back. This ensures both sides are uploaded to the printer properly.
Templates:
We have a list of templates here for you use. Select the print size you are looking for and set up your artwork accordingly.
Full Bleeds:
A 1/8" border must be added to pictures and designs bleeding to the edge, so that there is no white space or border showing around the artwork. It is also important to keep text at least a 1/4" away from the paper edge or the trim line to prevent accidental cropping. If artwork that is submitted and virtually approved by the user but does not have artwork edge to edge but falls past the 3/4" boarder of our standard print will be classified as full bleed. We will not scale artwork up to make it cover the full board unless previously discussed. Be aware that a full bleed will print the way you have submitted it. See example below for a 24"x18" sign.No Bleeds:
All No Bleeds must be made with a 3/4" white border around the print. For example, a 24” by 18” Print, printed artwork must be made to 22.5” by 16.5”. This will leave a 3/4" white border around the area. Any print ordered as No Bleed with art extending to the edge will automatically be scaled down by 3/4” around all sides. See example below for a 24"x18" sign.
Flute Directions:
When uploading artwork it is important to keep in mind what directions you want the flutes of the final sign of your Corrugated Plastic. Horizontal Flutes refer to the openings going from the left to right side of the final sign. While Vertical Flutes would go from top to bottom. Keep in mind artwork needs to be aligned for flute direction depending on using a Wire Stand. Below is a quick guide on flute directions.
Horizontal Flutes will go from the left to the right of the sign while looking at it.
Vertical Flutes will go from the left to the right of the sign while looking at it.-Polybags-

Color Specifications:
Print previews are not a safe and sure measuring tool for color accuracy. Colors on the file might be affected by monitor calibration, screen resolution, and lighting just to name a few. Many Pantone colors show a marked color shift when converted to four color processes.
To achieve the closest desired color on a print, digital files must reflect accurate color models and percentage. Please make sure all colors are in CMYK mode for color accuracy and a better-quality output.
We do offer a Pantone Match as an add on if their is a specific color you are looking to achieve. We do have a list of standard Pantone Colors that have been requested for a quick guild to help you out. Standard Pantone Colors.pdf All prices are totaled out when you are building your order.

Digital Proofs:
We provide PDF files as electronic proofs while setting up each order on our website. These digital proofs intend to show you the layout and design elements of your job but cannot be a guarantee of color accuracy. If color accuracy is of extreme importance to you, please ask for a hard copy proof for an additional service fee.
Do not include anything in the art file you've uploaded that you don’t want on the final print as it can cause delays in printing as we must wait for revised artwork. We will not make changes on our end.
