ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of this site. By using or accessing this site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. All products and services provided by Yard Sign Ninjas are subject to these Terms and Conditions of use:
By placing an order, you are forming a legal contract with Yard Sign Ninjas for products and services and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the website as a whole.
Use of the service for the sole purpose of obtaining estimates with no intent to purchase is prohibited.
The Client agrees that Yard Sign Ninjas shall not be responsible for any loss or damage they might suffer due to any modification, suspension, or termination of an order unless mutually agreed in advance by Yard Sign Ninjas.
Client agrees to not hold Yard Sign Ninjas and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, business partners or employees harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content client submits or transmits through our site.
By using our site, you are representing that you have full rights to use the copy design, and images in your piece without infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties. Yard Sign Ninjas will not assume the responsibility of checking the content of its client’s submitted materials for copyright violations and will not be held accountable for any illegal use of copyrighted material by its clients.
By clicking the “I ACCEPT” button and or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read this document and agree to be bound by its terms.
CHANGE OF TERMS
Yard Sign Ninjas reserves the right to change or update the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions for any changes at the time of order placement.
CHANGE OF PRICING
Yard Sign Ninjas reserves the right to change our pricing at any time without notice. You are responsible for reviewing our pricing on our website before committing to an order. Major changes to pricing will be announced promptly before OR after a change. Price fluctuations in shipping are not under our control as live rates are displayed on the site, please try to place your order as soon as possible after getting a quote in-order to keep your shipping quote price as close as possible to your final order price.
PRIVACY POLICY
Yard Sign Ninjas takes the privacy of its users seriously. Yard Sign Ninjas will do everything in their power to safeguard its users’ privacy while providing a personalized and valuable service. Collecting limited personal information is necessary for Yard Sign Ninjas to fulfill services, expectations and requirements to and for its users.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
In addition to your email address, phone number, address (both shipping and billing), submitted when signing up to and ordering from YardSignNinjas.com, information is automatically retrieved based on your browsing behavior through the site. This is used only in algorithms on our site to analyze site traffic and thus provide you with a more relevant service and product.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH INFORMATION WE COLLECT?
Any and all personal information supplied when signing up to Yard Sign Ninjas, YardSignNinjas.com, and Yard Sign Ninjas Affiliates, Yard Sign Ninjas will not disclose, sell, or share in any way except to Yard Sign Ninjas Affiliates and Third Party Entities necessary to fulfill orders (such as Billing and Shipment). This includes but is not limited to email, address, and phone number. E-mail addresses provided lets us send information regarding important changes and improvements to the site, order information, tracking information, promotions, and manage your account. Each time you receive a message, you will have the option to unsubscribe from receiving further marketing information relating to Yard Sign Ninjas.

COPYRIGHT INFORMATION
No part of our publications or Websites may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording or any other information storage and retrieval system, without written permission of the publisher.
By clicking submit the client agrees to have all the required documentation for use of artwork, graphics, logos, and photos. If at any given point Yard Sign Ninjas has the right to request proof of any and all copyright release forms. If documentation is requested and not supplied Yard Sign Ninjas retains the right to terminate your order.
Purchasing or obtaining a document, whether it is in print or electronically, does not give the end-user any of the rights granted to the copyright holder. The copyright owner has the exclusive right to:
Reproduce the work in copies.
Prepare derivative works based upon the work.
Distribute copies of the work to the public by sale or other transfer of ownership, or by rental, lease, or lending.
Display the copyrighted work publicly.
The creator of the work has exclusive rights with or without a copyright statement. According to the Berne Convention Implementation act of 1988, copyright notice is optional for all works published on and after March 1, 1989.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT POLICY
Orders are input by the reseller (purchaser) on our website or by a Sales Consultant at Yard Sign Ninjas for quoted or custom orders. All orders are 100 % prepaid. Yard Sign Ninjas accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, personal checks, money orders and cashier’s checks. An order is confirmed when it has been paid for and artwork has been confirmed. You will receive confirmation of your payment within 24 hours or next business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday. After your order payment is processed, it will move to the next step of the press process. No changes to artwork or design work will be done unless paid for as a line item, unless the required change is not in the reseller's control (union bug for example). The reseller is responsible for verifying all aspects of the written estimate, invoice and related paperwork. Yard Sign Ninjas assumes no responsibility for checking artwork or order details for typographic errors contained in any documents or artwork once they have been approved. Please verify quantities, colors, styles, sizes, printing material, billing and shipping address.
SUBMISSION OF ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS
Yard Sign Ninjas website will accept all submission of artwork in any of the following file types: JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, AI, PDF, CDR, PSD, SVG, TIFF, or TIF formats. ZIP, TAR, and RAR file types are accepted through email at Quotes@YardSignNinjas.com. For these file types please do not use the website for ordering as they must be manually entered into our system. For best performance it is recommended an upload be of a Vector base and all Text Outlined (converted to Vectors), such as PDF however not required.
All artwork created by Yard Sign Ninjas remains property of Yard Sign Ninjas unless purchased from Yard Sign Ninjas. The client is responsible for making sure that the quality of the image you are uploading is of a high enough resolution to ensure the size and product you are purchasing when printed is correct.
When uploading artwork for the front and back of a sign, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that a separate image is being uploaded for both front and back. Yard Sign Ninjas is not responsible for incorrect orders or prints if Artwork was not submitted correctly.
Yard Sign Ninjas holds a Zero Tolerance to any artwork or image depicting nudity of any kind. Any submission of such subject will be met with a (Strongly Worded Letter) upon first attempt as well as a note on your account. Any further attempt will result in termination of relations and all future aspects of business.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Yard Sign Ninjas. Yard Sign Ninjas and its Affiliates reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse.
Yard Sign Ninjas is not responsible for the quality of the images you upload and will not be liable for any files that the Client has not set up properly.
Do not include anything in the art file you've uploaded that you wouldn't want on the final print, no notes, guides, color bars, crop marks, file name/versions, edge markings etc, as they may end up on the final print if you are sending print ready material.
COLOR PROOFING, MATCHING AND PRINT SPECIFICATIONS
Colors will appear differently from one computer monitor to another and from one printer to another, therefore the final print might be different from the one you see on your equipment(s). Standard colors are approximate and may vary. If you are looking for a more specific color, you need to refer to a PMS chart. We cannot guarantee a perfect match to PMS and Standard colors, and we are not liable for the final color appearance and/or ink density. This includes if you've paid for a match. We will in good faith keep our printers calibrated and match to the closest possible color. Any proof that we send, and you approve, will show design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but should not be relied upon for color accuracy or density. Yard Sign Ninjas does not guarantee that the colors as they appear on the screen or printer will look the same as the colors that appear on the purchased product.
Standard printing allows approximately a .75 inch no print margin. Full bleed products will be smaller than ordered size to ensure proper full bleed.
Choosing a color replacement (if you’ve chosen to use our stock colors) will be done via an algorithm, not visually, to ensure the closest match possible.
Artwork if given in raster format may be rejected, as it may not be able to be matched to a spot color.
ORDER PROOFS
Your approval is required for the layout (proof) before we print your order. In most cases, this proof is provided automatically as a virtual proof in the e-cart system. Yard Sign Ninjas is not liable for undetected art, text or color errors after sign proof has been approved and production started. The uploaded file of your artwork will be used to produce your order. It is the client’s responsibility to check all Virtual Proofs. By approving, you assume all responsibility for all grammar, punctuation, spelling, layout and color errors. Check your artwork carefully. Once approved, the order will be sent to print. Yard Sign Ninjas will not print without an approval from either the Virtual Proof or an Email Correspondence (when required).

PRODUCTION TIME
Production times are estimates only. You agree that Yard Sign Ninjas will take at least 3-5 business days for corrugated plastic or 10-12 business days for polybag signs from the point of Order, Art Approval, and Payment to produce and ship your order. This production time is not guaranteed and will fluctuate during peak seasons. Our business hours are from Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) 8:30 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST. Production time for orders starts the next business day after order placement, payment and artwork approval. Orders after 11:00 AM CST will be counted as the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11am CST through Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. We will produce your order to meet the agreed ship date, in good faith. However, the ship date itself is not a guarantee. Transit time for shipping is always additional to the production turnaround, keep this in mind.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders are only cancelable before it has been sent to Press. Personalized and custom ordered items cannot be returned for a refund unless there are errors on our part.
Orders cancelled will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.00.
Your order cannot be cancelled after the artwork has been approved and the order has been sent to press for printing, the ordered product has been printed, the order is already packaged, or the order is in route to you or has been delivered.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit for use on future orders, after a case review. Confirmation of your credit will be emailed to you. The balance is also available in your account settings on the website.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS
Yard Sign Ninjas makes every effort to utilize reliable shippers. However, Yard Sign Ninjas cannot be held responsible for delays or damage in transit.
Delivery times are estimates only and Yard Sign Ninjas shall not be liable for delays once products are in transit. Shipment and delivery dates are based upon shipper estimates. Once the carrier has possession of your order, claims for loss or damage must be made against said shipping company.
Carefully check packages upon arrival prior to the shipping company’s departure. Claims must be reported via email with pictures and shipment receipt within 3 business days of shipment receipt.
For shipping quotes outside of United States please e-mail shipping details (Country, Zip Code) to quotes@yardsignninjas.com.
Rush charges will be refunded or waived by Yard Sign Ninjas, where applicable, for a delay caused by technical difficulties at Yard Sign Ninjas. If shipping location details are incorrect by the shipping provider, those fees will be passed on to the company or person who ordered the products.
Additional fees could include but are not limited to: a business vs residential location, lift-gate service, curbside delivery, inside delivery, re-delivery, appointment requirements, oversized pallets, etc. Please ensure the shipping location is correct when ordering so as not to incur any unexpected extra fees or delivery delays.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Yard Sign Ninjas does not guarantee or warrant that its products will work for any intended purpose or in any set of conditions. Yard Sign Ninjas is not responsible for reviewing, revising, holding, releasing or cancelling of orders, products or images once an order has been placed.
CLIENT / CUSTOMER APPROPRIATION POLICY
Because of the nature of the whole sales business, Yard Sign Ninjas will never contact any of the Distributor individual clients unless explicitly told to do so by said Distributor.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Artwork editing or creation if needed – $50 per half hour, includes 1 proof, so be specific with design details.
Proofs outside of using cart system – $35 per proof.
Post-order detail change: $50.00 – This fee is for ANY changes made to an order after it has been placed. This includes, but is not limited to the following: Address change, new art, colors, options, shipping changes, etc. Please provide all of the correct order details when placing the order. Mid-stream change is the enemy of efficiency. Depending on the progress of your order, it is not 100% guaranteed that the change will be able to be made.
Order Entry Fee: $50.00 – This fee is for any orders that you can enter yourself, but instead you have chosen to have one of our staff enter for you. Please bear in mind, we're happy to answer questions as you place your order.
Credit Card Convenience Fee – 3.5%
NSF/Bounced Checks: Order total less than $5,000 will be a $50 fee, greater than $5,000 will be a $100 fee.
SALES TAX
Sales Tax is charged to orders in accordance with Iowa State Taxes. For all Tax Exempt Status, a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate will need to email to Accounting@YardSigNinjas.com or faxed over to 877-722-7079 with your Order Number. All Tax Exempt Statuses must be done before payment. Once an order has been paid for and processed, we cannot go back and change it to Tax Exempt.
